Hidden in Mavrovouni, you will find a relatively unknown gem of the Thessalian land, the small, artificial Lake Skiti. It is located a few kilometers from the village of the same name, next to the rural road leading to Potamia. It is not visible from the road, so it is good to keep an eye out for the small signs that will lead you there.Created initially as a water reservoir for the irrigation of cultivated land, it has an area of 200 acres and a depth of 2-7 meters. But because intentions and numbers in some cases have little importance, the lake quickly turned into a recreational area and tourist attraction!
