The new Agrafa Mountain Refuge was established in 2002, in the Karamanoli area, 6 km from the village of Neraida in the Municipality of Lake Plastiras. The area in which it is built is included in the National List of integrated areas in the Natura 2000 network under the name "Agrafa" and code GR 1410002, designated as an area of ​​mild ecotourism development.

The refuge, simple but welcoming, has basic infrastructure to serve hikers and nature lovers: central heating, fireplace, traditional food, bunk beds, blankets, kitchen, toilet, comfortable dining room and can accommodate 24 people. It is an ideal destination for nature lovers who can indulge in hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, photographic excursions, caving explorations, while a short distance away there is a small ski slope.

The Agrafa Mountain Refuge is not just a place to spend the night. It is an experience of returning to nature, detoxifying from the noise of the city and connecting with the authentic Greek mountain character. Whether you are an experienced mountaineer or simply looking for a different getaway, the refuge promises moments of peace and magic.
