Flavours of Olympus Festival – Larissa / 19 & 20 September

TThe Development Agency of Local Government of Larissa Prefecture «AENOL S.A.» is organizing in Larissa the two-day Flavours of Olympus Festival, which will take place on 19 & 20 September 2025 at the Papas' Mill ("Milos tou Papa")  venue with free admission for the public, as part of the implementation of the Interterritorial Cooperation Project Flavours of Greece Select II: Greek Gastronomic Culture.
The aim is to strengthen the rural economy and tourism, as well as to highlight the tourism identity of the regions.

Visitors will have the chance to meet prominent Greek chefs and personalities from the gastronomy sector, enjoy live cooking shows and tastings, and take part in activities that link taste with experience, entertainment, and culture.

At the same time, the program will be enriched with cultural events that will offer a complete festive experience to all visitors.

The event is designed for the whole family. In addition to gastronomy, special activities for children are scheduled, aiming at creative engagement, education on healthy eating, and familiarization with local products.

The two-day festival will include, among others, the following activities:

  • Thematic stands with select products from Olympus and the wider region of Larissa Prefecture
  • An open information and promotion event on the actions of the project, aiming to raise awareness among stakeholders, businesses, and citizens to participate in and support the organization of the local gastronomic culture (19 September, Mylos tou Papa, Larissa)
  • Gastronomic creations & cooking events by distinguished chefs
  • Presentations & tasting stories by acclaimed figures of gastronomy
  • Special activities for children
  • Parallel cultural events accompanying the festival

  • Asterios Kapsalis, Chef at the Officers' Club of Larissa, Member of the Chefs Club of Greece

During the day, there will be a Cooking Event with live culinary creations.
