3 July 2025Taratsa Film Festival, July 3–7, 2025, LarissaFor the ninth consecutive year, Larissa welcomes the Taratsa Film Festival, an event that has become a landmark for lovers of quality cinema and beyond. From July 3 to 7, 2025, rooftops, courtyards, and selected spots around the city are transformed into open-air cinemas, hosting short and feature films, documentaries, and special tributes from Greece and abroad — all with free admission for the public.The festival began in 2016 from the need of a small group of people to bring quality cinema closer to the public of Thessaly, in open, friendly spaces, away from the formality of traditional theaters.
